This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving complex operational challenges, and brings both strategic rigor and entrepreneurial grit. </span></p>

<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 58, 93); font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience managing highly perishable, short shelf-life products in a cold-chain environment required </span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 58, 93); font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong experience operating within co-manufacturing environments </span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 58, 93); font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Deep understanding of 3PL management and transportation operations </span></li>
<li><span style="color: rgb(0, 58, 93); font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record leading large-scale cost savings initiatives and network optimization programs ($5M–$10M+ impact preferred) </span></li>
