Job Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, development and execution of the DGRDP, including in-residence sessions, virtual learning, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Collaborate with internal and external faculty, subject matter experts, and member organizations to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
  • Align DGRDP with Goodwill Academy’s broader leadership development strategy and GII’s strategic goals.
  • Manage program operations, budget, staffing, and evaluation to ensure excellence and scalability.
  • Oversee curriculum design and delivery for all DGRDP cohorts (Levels 1–3), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of faculty and advisors from across the Goodwill network.
  • Supervise DGRDP team members and manage program logistics, including event planning, virtual delivery, and learning platform integration.
  • Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage program budget, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as primary liaison to participating CEOs and senior leaders, providing coaching and support throughout the program.
  • Collaborate with GII departments (e.g., DGR, Strategy, HR, Member Advancement) to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Represent DGRDP at national events, conferences, and internal leadership forums.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership development, program management, or retail operations
  • Experience working with or within the Goodwill network is highly desirable
