Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, development and execution of the DGRDP, including in-residence sessions, virtual learning, and one-on-one coaching.
Collaborate with internal and external faculty, subject matter experts, and member organizations to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
Align DGRDP with Goodwill Academy’s broader leadership development strategy and GII’s strategic goals.
Manage program operations, budget, staffing, and evaluation to ensure excellence and scalability.
Oversee curriculum design and delivery for all DGRDP cohorts (Levels 1–3), ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of faculty and advisors from across the Goodwill network.
Supervise DGRDP team members and manage program logistics, including event planning, virtual delivery, and learning platform integration.
Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure program impact and inform continuous improvement.
Monitor and manage program budget, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
Serve as primary liaison to participating CEOs and senior leaders, providing coaching and support throughout the program.
Collaborate with GII departments (e.g., DGR, Strategy, HR, Member Advancement) to ensure alignment and integration.
Represent DGRDP at national events, conferences, and internal leadership forums.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field
Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership development, program management, or retail operations
Experience working with or within the Goodwill network is highly desirable
