At Break Something, our clients are using digital media marketing to change the world, and we are looking to add talented individuals to our team to bring their campaign goals to life.<br><br>We are seeking a skilled and strategic Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team. This role involves writing, implementing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and various programmatic networks. The strategist will manage and track budgets for fundraising, acquisition, and voter contact advertising campaigns, and work with digital vendors to keep us on the cutting edge of the digital landscape. Additionally, the strategist will analyze performance, deliver strategic recommendations, write ad copy, and collaborate with designers to execute bold creative.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop creative, launch, and optimize direct donate and acquisition advertising campaigns</li><li>Assist with planning, set up, and optimizing voter contact advertising campaigns</li><li>Manage and track budgets for fundraising, acquisition, and voter contact advertising campaigns</li><li>Analyze program performance and contribute strategic recommendations</li><li>Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop compelling, high-performing ad creatives</li><li>Communicate directly with clients on campaign performance<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Familiarity with advertising platforms like Meta and Google</li><li>Experience working in political CRMs and data tools (NGP, Action Kit, Act Blue, etc) is preferred</li><li>Keen attention for detail AND creatively minded</li><li>Strong reputation for being a results-driven team player with a desire to exceed expectations</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes, and adapt to changing environments</li><li>Diligent, proactive, organized, and highly motivated with strong analytical skills</li><li>Flexibility to occasionally work weekends and evenings, especially as we gear up for peak election times and experience high volumes with our clients<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>This position is eligible for inclusion in our bargaining unit and is salaried with competitive benefits and paid time off.<br><br>The negotiated salary band for this position is $58-$66k annually.
