Commercial Growth Manager - Music Licensing

This is a newly created role for a Commercial Growth Manager to join an established music licensing platform and help them to establish and grow their presence in the UK market. 

They have a huge subscriber base including corporate and individual clients, driving demand for access to more UK music. The team would like to find a Commercial Growth Manager who has existing relationships with record labels, music publishers and artists in the UK and can bring new business and accounts to their platform. 

It's a key role for the business as they continue to grow so a great long term opportunity for someone who enjoys a strategic business growth position.

Remote working in the UK.

Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of music licensing and publishing
  • Experience working with record labels, publishers and artists
  • Understanding of music ecosystem, royalties and rights
  • Successful track record in business development or commercial growth
  • Long term, strategic thinker
  • Excellent communicator who can represent the company as a brand ambassador 
  • Confident working alone
