This is a PRN, stipend-based role structured around your schedule and professional interests.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this capacity, you will provide collaborative oversight and supervision for our psychiatric nurse practitioners (NPs) serving residents in Missouri senior living communities. Compensation is paid per supervised provider, making this a straightforward and predictable engagement with no required minimums.</p> <p> </p> <p>This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who wants meaningful involvement in mission-driven care without the demands of a traditional clinical schedule.</p> <h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2> <p>As Collaborating Physician, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Provide collaborative practice oversight and supervision for psychiatric NPs in accordance with Missouri state requirements</li> <li>Review and co-sign documentation as required by state regulations and collaborative practice agreements</li> <li>Be available for clinical consultation on complex or high-acuity cases as needed</li> <li>Collaborate with Curana's interdisciplinary care teams, including APPs, primary care providers, and facility staff</li> <li>Support compliance with collaborative practice agreement (CPA) terms and applicable regulatory requirements</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Required</strong></p> <ul> <li>MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry</li> <li>Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri</li> <li>DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)</li> <li>Willingness to enter into a collaborative practice agreement in compliance with Missouri law</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in geriatric psychiatry or care of older adult populations</li> <li>Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems</li> <li>Prior experience serving as a collaborating or supervising physician for APPs</li> <li>Interest in value-based, team-based care models</li> </ul>
