Business Analyst - Mortgage Technology

Supporting the design and delivery of innovative features in a remote full-time capacity, the Business Analyst - Mortgage Technology will collaborate with Product Owners and Senior Business Analysts, write agile user stories, and assist the agile development team throughout the sprint process. Key responsibilities Support the development of new features by writing requirements and agile user stories Drive customer discovery to understand use cases and enhance technology solutions Clarify user stories and assist the agile team during sprints, including testing support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field 5+ years of relevant industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level 2-4 years of experience in technology, software development, banking, finance, or real estate 1-3 years in a role focused on designing, building, or implementing software applications 2+ years of experience in competencies such as UX/UI design, data analysis, or agile leadership
