<li>Develop and maintain backend microservices for e-commerce platforms</li>
<li>Work in a cross-functional, self-organized Agile team</li>
<li>Analyze and drive technical improvements</li>
<li>Ensure high engineering quality through testing and code reviews</li>
<li>Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to production</li>
<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems</li>
<li>Use modern development tools and AI-assisted engineering solutions responsibly</li>

<h3>What You Bring</h3>

<li>3+ years of experience building backend systems with Java or Kotlin</li>
<li>Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture</li>
<li>Good understanding of OOP and Software Design Patterns</li>
<li>Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases</li>
<li>Knowledge of testing principles and engineering best practices</li>
<li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in English</li>
</ul>
<h3>Nice to have</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Akka/Pekko</li>
<li>Experience with Docker and Kubernetes</li>
<li>Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures</li>
<li>Understanding of Event Sourcing and CQRS</li>
