<p>This is a remote position.</p> <b>AV SERVICES INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE <br></b> <b>Location: Remote</b><b><br></b> <b>Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission</b><b><br></b> <br> <b>About the Opportunity</b><br> <br> Are you an experienced AV sales professional with a passion for building client<br> relationships and growing recurring service revenue?<br> <br> We are seeking a highly motivated AV Services Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and expand service contract opportunities across an established client base. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultative sales professional who understands AV technologies, service agreements, and customer success.<br> <br> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br> <ul> <li>Sales and Business Development<br></li> <li>Generate new business opportunities for AV service contracts, maintenance agreements, and managed services.<br></li> <li>Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and other business development activities.<br></li> <li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities.<br></li> <li>Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of recurring services revenue opportunities.<br></li> <li>Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.<br></li> </ul> <b><br></b> <b>Customer Engagement:</b><br> <ul> <li>Present AV service offerings and value propositions to prospective clients.<br></li> <li>Demonstrate how service programs improve system reliability, performance, and user experience.<br></li> <li>Utilize customer success stories and real-world use cases to support the sales process.<br></li> <li>Guide customers through the buying process using a consultative sales approach.<br></li> </ul> <br> <b>Sales Operations and Collaboration:</b><br> <ul> <li>Collaborate with technical, service delivery, and account management teams.<br></li> <li>Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.<br></li> <li>Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activities.<br></li> <li>Support contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.<br></li> </ul> <b><br></b> <b>Qualifications </b><b>Required</b><b>:</b><br> <br> <ul> <li>5+ years of successful B2B inside sales experience.<br></li> <li>Proven experience selling AV service contracts, maintenance agreements, managed services, or technology support solutions.<br></li> <li>Strong understanding of AV technologies, collaboration systems, unified communications, and related environments.<br></li> <li>Experience engaging IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and other technical decision-makers.<br></li> <li>Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.<br></li> </ul> <br> <b>Preferred:</b><br> <ul> <li>AV integration industry experience.<br></li> <li>Experience working for an AV integrator, technology services provider, or managed services organization.<br></li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.<br></li> <li>Experience selling recurring revenue service programs.<br></li> </ul> <b><br></b> <b>Compensation and Benefits:</b><br> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000<br></li> <li>Uncapped Commission Opportunity<br></li> <li>Medical Insurance<br></li> <li>Dental Insurance<br></li> <li>Vision Insurance<br></li> <li>Life and Disability Insurance<br></li> <li>401(k)<br></li> <li>Wellness Programs<br></li> <li>Paid Holidays<br></li> <li>Three Weeks Paid Time Off<br></li> <li>Paid Parental Leave<br></li> <li>Career Growth Opportunities<br></li> <li>Collaborative Team Environment<br></li> <li>Remote Work Environment<br><br></li> </ul> If you have a proven track record selling AV services and enjoy developing long-term<br> client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.<br> <b><br></b><b>Work Location: Remote</b><br> <br> <br>
