If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Account Executive, Mortgage is a client-facing, sales role responsible for Revenue generation, Customer relationship and EFX engagement within the account; primary responsibility for Customer, must orchestrate other EFX resources efficiently to drive sales and revenue growth of a full Equifax Mortgage solutions portfolio.</span></b><br><br><b>What you will do</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Fosters and maintains Customer/Partner trust</span></p></li><li><p><span>Grows Customer/Partner Revenue across the full Equifax Mortgage solution portfolio</span></p></li><li><p><span>Orchestrates Equifax resources to deliver Customer value and satisfaction across the full Customer/Partner lifecycle</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strengthens the business relationship by expanding the ways in which Customer/ Partner relies on Equifax as a trusted advisor</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identifies, develops, manages, and closes Customer opportunities spanning all Equifax Mortgage solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engages with Clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate needs, and position optimal solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Defines and executes sales strategies that drive profitable growth while delivering meaningful Customer value</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develops strong working relationship with Client economic buyers, decision makers, and influencers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leverages Account, Solution, and Delivery Pre-Sales/Sales resources effectively and at appropriate times to move opportunities forward and to maintain Customer satisfaction</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leads Account Strategy and Planning motions with cross-functional team to align Customer business imperatives with Equifax solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepares & conducts periodic Customer business reviews</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manages contracting and contract compliance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drives strong pipeline development and sales execution</span></p></li></ul><p><br><b>What experience you need</b></p><ul><li><p><span>4-7 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development with a proven ability to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with solution and consultative selling</span></p></li><li><p><span>Professional presentation and communication skills; familiarity/comfort in public speaking</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong negotiation and influencing skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to build and grow key relationships across multiple accounts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working with senior-level account employees, including an ability to immediately establish credibility and build/maintain those relationships</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional ability to manage and execute a robust pipeline</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to travel – approximately 10-20%</span></p></li></ul><p><br><b>What could set you apart</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Mortgage industry knowledge </span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven ability to build and grow key, senior-level relationships across multiple accounts, immediately establishing credibility with executives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional ability to manage and execute a robust pipeline and drive urgency in the sales cycle</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent planning, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting facilitation skills</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $80,020.00 to $120,000.00.
